SwapETH.org Risk and Service Disclaimer
Effective date: September 14, 2026
This Disclaimer explains important limitations and risks connected with SwapETH.org, crypto-to-crypto exchange orders, blockchain transactions and Ethereum gas information.
Using SwapETH.org involves technologies and assets that can change quickly. Users should review the live order details, blockchain network and destination information before sending funds.
Live Quotes and Market Movement
Cryptocurrency prices and available exchange routes can change continuously. A rate shown before an order is created can move with the market, liquidity and route conditions.
SwapETH.org uses a floating rate by default. A fixed-rate option should be treated as available only when the live exchange widget explicitly offers it for a specific order.
A displayed quote, estimated payout or conversion example is not a guarantee that the same rate will remain available later. The active order and its live conditions govern the transaction.
Processing-Time Estimates
Any stated processing time is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion time.
The standard service framework describes typical service processing as about 6–12 minutes after the required blockchain confirmations, but actual timing can differ because of network congestion, delayed confirmations, route availability, liquidity, transaction review, maintenance or provider conditions.
Blockchain confirmation time is separate from service-processing time and is outside the direct control of SwapETH.org.
Blockchain Network Fees
Blockchain networks can charge transaction fees independently of the SwapETH.org service fee.
For example, a user sending native ETH from Ethereum Mainnet needs enough ETH to cover the outgoing Ethereum network fee. Bitcoin, TRON, Solana, BNB Smart Chain and other networks use their own fee models.
Network fees can change without notice and are not controlled by SwapETH.org. A wallet or sending platform can also apply its own withdrawal or transaction fee.
Ethereum Gas Estimates
The Ethereum Gas Tracker and fee calculator provide informational estimates based on available Ethereum network data.
Low, Standard and Fast gas values, fee estimates, ETH/USD conversions and recent history can become outdated as new blocks and transactions arrive. A gas estimate is not a guarantee that a transaction will be included at a particular time or for a particular final cost.
The wallet used to sign an Ethereum transaction remains the practical source for the fee parameters being submitted to the network.
The simple 21,000-gas preset applies to a basic native ETH transfer and must not be treated as a universal estimate for token transfers, swaps, NFT operations or arbitrary smart-contract interactions.
Wallet Addresses and Network Selection
Users are responsible for supplying the correct destination address and selecting the intended blockchain network.
Several networks can use similar address formats. In particular, Ethereum Mainnet and other EVM-compatible networks can use 0x... addresses, so the visual appearance of an address does not prove that the network is correct.
Before sending funds, verify:
- the source asset;
- the source network;
- the payout asset;
- the payout network;
- the complete destination address;
- any additional network-specific information required by the active order.
A transaction sent to the wrong asset, network or destination may be difficult or impossible to recover.
Irreversible Blockchain Transactions
Public blockchain transactions are generally not reversible in the same way as a card or bank payment.
Once a transaction has been broadcast and confirmed, SwapETH.org may not be able to cancel, edit or retrieve it. The ability to recover funds depends on the actual blockchain, destination, transaction status and whether the receiving system supports any recovery process.
Users should not assume that support can reverse an on-chain transfer after it has been sent.
Deposit Details Are Order-Specific
Use only the deposit details generated for the current active order.
Do not reuse an old deposit address, memo, tag or other transaction detail unless the current order explicitly instructs you to do so. Route and provider details can change between orders.
Sending funds outside an active order can prevent automatic processing and can require manual review where recovery is possible.
Third-Party Dependencies
SwapETH.org depends on external systems that can affect service operation. These can include blockchain networks, nodes, liquidity or route providers, wallet infrastructure, hosting, market-data sources and other technical services.
An outage, maintenance event, API failure, provider restriction, blockchain reorganization, congestion or another external event can delay or temporarily prevent an exchange or data update.
SwapETH.org does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of every route, network, tool or external dependency.
Route Availability and Limits
Not every supported cryptocurrency is available on every blockchain or in every direction at all times.
Minimums, maximums, route availability, supported networks, quote mode and payout conditions can change according to the live order. The exchange widget is the authority for the route that can currently be created.
The standard framework values shown elsewhere on the site are general service information and do not override live order conditions.
Transaction Screening and Restrictions
Eligible swaps can begin without a persistent trading account, but risk-based transaction screening applies.
An order can require additional review or verification, and a transaction can be delayed, rejected or otherwise handled according to the service's compliance process, route conditions and applicable restrictions.
SwapETH.org does not guarantee that every transaction will be accepted or completed without additional information. See the AML Policy.
Refunds and Recovery
A failed or rejected order does not automatically mean that funds can be returned immediately or to the original sending address.
Refund or return options can depend on the blockchain, transaction status, sending platform, route-provider rules, compliance restrictions and whether a technically valid return destination is available.
Network fees or other costs already incurred on-chain may not be recoverable.
Users should contact SwapETH Support with the order ID and transaction hash instead of sending a second transaction or attempting an unverified recovery procedure.
Information and Educational Content
Articles, guides, calculators, tables and examples on SwapETH.org are provided for general informational and operational guidance.
They should not be treated as a promise of future network conditions, market prices, investment returns or transaction outcomes. Static article examples can become outdated, especially where cryptocurrency prices, gas values, network fees or provider conditions are involved.
No Investment, Tax or Legal Advice
SwapETH.org does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax or legal advice through its exchange pages, gas tools or educational content.
A description of a cryptocurrency, network, fee mechanism or exchange route is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset.
Users are responsible for determining the legal, tax and financial consequences of their own transactions and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Security and User Devices
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their wallets, devices and credentials.
SwapETH Support does not need a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or authentication code to investigate a normal order. Anyone requesting wallet-control credentials should be treated with caution.
Users should verify the service domain and destination addresses before signing or broadcasting transactions.
No Guarantee of Error-Free Operation
SwapETH.org aims to provide accurate route information and functional tools, but no online or blockchain-dependent service can guarantee that every page, quote, API, network connection or external provider will operate without interruption or error.
When a live value conflicts with a stale cached or static example, users should rely on the current order, wallet and network information relevant to the transaction and contact support when necessary.
Changes to This Disclaimer
This Disclaimer can be updated when the service, exchange routes, blockchain conditions, gas tools or operational requirements change. The effective date should be updated when a revised version is published.
