About SwapETH.org

SwapETH.org is an online crypto-to-crypto exchange service focused on Ethereum routes and practical Ethereum tools. The service is designed for users who want to swap native ETH to another supported cryptocurrency, receive native ETH from another asset, or check Ethereum network conditions before making an outgoing transaction.

The public service identity is SwapETH.org, operated under the display name SwapETH Service. Customer support is handled by SwapETH Support. SwapETH.org does not publish a separate legal entity, physical office, licence or audit claim unless that information has been independently established and added to the service profile.

What SwapETH.org Provides

The site combines two main functions: crypto-to-crypto exchange routes involving Ethereum and Ethereum-specific tools and guides.

The exchange side includes direct routes between native ETH and major assets such as Bitcoin, USDT, USDC, Solana, BNB, XRP, TRX, Monero, Litecoin and Dogecoin. The service framework supports 186+ cryptocurrencies across 43+ blockchain networks, while the live exchange widget remains the authority for current route availability, supported networks, minimums and quote conditions.

Process

How the Exchange Service Works

SwapETH.org is built around individual crypto-to-crypto orders rather than a conventional trading account with an ongoing exchange balance.

A typical order works as follows:

  1. 1

    Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send and the asset you want to receive.

  2. 2

    Review the live route, networks, quote, minimum and destination requirements.

  3. 3

    Enter the destination wallet address for the payout asset.

  4. 4

    Create the order and use only the deposit details generated for that order.

  5. 5

    Send the source asset through the network shown in the order.

  6. 6

    After the required blockchain confirmations and service processing, the payout is sent to the destination wallet supplied for the order.

SwapETH.org uses direct wallet payout rather than requiring the user to keep the exchanged balance inside a persistent trading account.

Native ETH Means Ethereum Mainnet ETH

On SwapETH.org, ETH means native ETH on Ethereum Mainnet unless the live exchange widget explicitly states otherwise.

This distinction is important because native ETH is not the same as WETH and should not be confused with ETH representations on other blockchain networks. Several EVM-compatible networks can also use similar 0x... address formats, so the appearance of an address alone does not prove that the selected network is Ethereum Mainnet.

Users should verify the asset, source network, payout network and complete wallet address before sending funds. The Ethereum Wallet Address guide explains these checks in more detail.

Supported Assets and Networks

The service framework covers 186+ cryptocurrencies and 43+ networks, but not every asset is available on every network or in every direction at all times.

Availability can change because of network maintenance, liquidity, route limits, compliance restrictions or temporary provider conditions. The live widget on the relevant pair page shows the route that can currently be created.

For stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, network selection is especially important because the same token ticker can exist on several blockchains. A user should follow the network explicitly shown in the order rather than selecting a network only because it is familiar or has a similar address format.

Rates, Fees and Processing

Swap quotes are generated from current route conditions. The service uses a floating rate by default; a fixed-rate option should be considered available only when the live widget explicitly offers it for the order.

The standard service framework uses an estimated service-fee range of 0.24%–1.37% and typical service processing of about 6–12 minutes after the required blockchain confirmations. These are general estimates, not guarantees. A route can have different live conditions, and blockchain confirmation time occurs separately from service processing.

Network fees are also separate from the service fee. For example, a user sending native ETH from Ethereum Mainnet needs enough ETH for the outgoing Ethereum network fee. A user receiving native ETH does not pay gas merely because the payout arrives.

Account Model and Transaction Screening

Eligible swaps can begin without creating a persistent trading account. This does not mean that every transaction is exempt from checks.

SwapETH.org applies risk-based transaction screening. Additional information or verification may be requested when required by the transaction risk profile, applicable restrictions, the route or the service's compliance process.

The service does not make a universal promise that every transaction will proceed without verification. More detail is available in the AML Policy.

Ethereum Gas Tools

SwapETH.org also provides Ethereum network tools that are separate from the exchange quote itself.

The Ethereum Gas Tracker is designed to show current Low, Standard and Fast gas conditions, a simple ETH-transfer fee estimate and recent gas history. Gas data is informational and changes continuously; a wallet's fee estimate at signing time remains the practical value for the transaction being submitted.

Educational pages explain stable concepts such as gas units, gwei, fee components and the reasons Ethereum fees change without duplicating live values inside static articles.

User Responsibilities

Blockchain transactions can be difficult or impossible to reverse after they are broadcast. Before creating or funding an order, users should:

  • confirm the correct source asset and network;
  • use only deposit details generated for the current order;
  • verify the payout asset and destination network;
  • check the complete destination wallet address;
  • keep enough of the source network's fee asset for the outgoing transaction;
  • review the live quote, minimum and order conditions before sending.

If an order or network detail is unclear, contact support before transferring funds.

Support and Service Contacts

Support requests can be submitted 24/7 to [email protected]. The target initial response time is within 20 hours; this is a service target rather than a guaranteed response-time SLA.

Different request types can also be directed to:
